In Arlington, the busiest hours are Friday and Saturday evenings and any night with a big game, when quoted delivery times can stretch past an hour; ordering before 5 p.m. or picking up yourself avoids the wait. Delivery radiuses are small, often two to five miles, and a minimum order plus a delivery fee is normal, with a tip of a few dollars for the driver on top. Lunch specials such as two slices and a drink, or a personal pie, are the cheapest way to eat at most shops across Texas on weekdays. Toppings are priced per item and half-and-half pies are usually free to request. Gluten-free crusts and vegan cheese are increasingly common but often cost a few dollars extra, and cross-contact in a shared oven is standard unless the shop says otherwise.
Hours are published for 5 days a week. On most of those days it is open 11 amβ9 pm. Note that it does not open on Monday, Sunday. Hours in the United States do change around federal holidays and long weekends, so a quick call before a special trip is sensible. The listed phone number is (817) 561-2675. Many businesses also reply to text messages on the same number if it is a cell phone. More information is available on its website, corkysbrickoven.com.

Arlington is in Texas, in the South, where summers are hot and humid, winters are short, and severe storms in spring are a fact of life; businesses run air conditioning most of the year and many open early to beat the heat. US addresses list the street number and name, then the city, state abbreviation and ZIP code, and Arlington follows the same pattern; a suite or apartment number such as Ste 200 refers to a unit inside the building. The map link on this page shows the exact spot.

Love the flaming brick oven. The pizzas were very good! Fast and hot! Hubs had a regular pizza and I had the gluten free option. when we were there it had an uncrowded, friendly hometown atmosphere. This constant fixture is one of the original establishments in this southwest Arlington neighborhood shopping centers, I believe! Great place for a relaxed and quick bite!

We went here this week after hearing about it from some friends. The menu is great and we weren't sure what we wanted to try. We ended up getting the Corky's Special Pizza, Suzie's Suprise Pizza, Cheezy Garlic Bread Sticks, and Toasted Cheese Ravioli. Everything was really good the crust was nice and crispy and the sauce was great, you could tell it was fresh. They were really cool about giving you extra sauce to dip since we were a farily large group. The appetizers were great. The ravioli was nicely breaded and the cheese blend was good. The garlic cheese bread sticks were amazing as well, stringy with great garlic flavor. Overall this place was a fun and chill hole in the wall type of spot, and smelling everything from the brick oven was just great. I could hardly wait for it to hit the table. I would definitely come back and recommend it to others.

We just moved to West Arlington near the lake and were looking for a local place that serves quality pizza. We found Corkyβs on Google and had to give it a try based off the reviews and pics it looked good. After ordering the Mamma Jamma (meat lovers), Corkyβs Special (the works) and a baked manicotti to try the pasta as well we were hooked. The pizza was excellent and the pasta was just as good. The employees were friendly. The restaurant was clean. Weβre glad to have found our local pizza spot. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for quality pizza around West Arlington.

I came here a couple times to takeout the lunch special, and it's one of my favorite pizza places in the area. I have tried coal-fired New Haven-style pizza before in Hartford, and this place gets pretty close to that unique and delicious style of pizza. The tomato sauce tastes fresh, the cheese rich. The crust has a wonderful crisp to it, with the char not being too overwhelming and adding a nice smoky aroma to the flavors. I also really liked the sprinkle of herbs that really amps of the flavors. The lunch special personal sized pizza feels like one of the best pies I can get in the area.

Guys at the counter were super friendly and polite, and the pizza was FANTASTIC. Exactly what we were hoping for when we came inβ¦.thin crispy crust, with that brick oven taste, very melty cheese, overall great flavor. Daughter had the plain cheese, and I had the Suzie. Highly recommend.
